PREFACE TO THE THIRD EDITION
It gives me enormous pleasure on publication of the third edition. The second edition was published two years back and accepted well. The updated third edition this based on latest amendments in the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder up to July, 2023.
This revised edition is yet another innovative publication aimed to provide complete understanding of various compliances under the company law. This publication is the composition of the various compliances and procedures required under the Companies Act related to an event in a simple, clear, and easy to understand manner. This book follows an innovative approach by presenting end to end compliances, requirement, and procedure for more than 130 major events wherein each procedure covers governing section, rules, regulations, detailed procedure with check points, forms to be filed, list of documents and information required for filing of forms and returns or making application with draft board and members’ resolution and notices.
This book reflects authors practical experience and he is confident that, like previous editions, this revised edition shall prove to be a tremendous source of information, guidance and reference to professionals, consultants, government department, students pursuing professional courses and also beneficial to companies who have to deal with any aspect of company law pursuant to events covered in this publication. The reader would find it as a practical reference book for routine matters of a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 or under any previous laws.
