Delighted to share that the second edition of my book titled “Company Law -Procedures and Compliances” is released.

The second edition of my book titled as” Company Law – Procedures and Compliances” in 2 (two) volumes published by Bharat Law House Private Limited is a practical book for quick compliances of the complex procedures under the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules framed thereunder, for ready reference to the professionals and corporates executives. The procedures have been supplemented with documentations at the end of every procedure, viz. e-forms to be filed, list of documents/information required, board resolutions, special resolutions (with explanatory statement), notices, application and petitions etc., Relevant section of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules and e-forms to be filed have been mentioned at the beginning of each procedure and the detailed relevant section and rules have been given at the end of each division.

This book will be of great utility to directors and professionals, i.e., Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants dealing with compliance part of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and Students particularly those pursuing Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant course. It is hoped that the readers would find it as a practical reference book for routine matters of a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013.
