A Suggestion for exemption from all trainings including MSOP to all bureaucrats and Judicial members who have qualified Company Secretary exams.

The members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) are committed towards Good Corporate Governance and are contributing effortlessly towards more and more compliances in Corporate Sector. After qualifying Company Secretary exams, every student is required to complete various trainings to get the membership of ICSI.

Few persons, who are judicial officers or civil servants and who have qualified their CS exams , could not get membership of the ICSI due to non-completion of certain trainings of ICSI.

Various Universities give honorary Ph. D. degrees to the persons who are masters in their field so I would like to put forward a suggestion towards grant of membership by granting exemption from all trainings including MSOP, in recognition of professional acumen in their respective fields, by esteemed Institute , ICSI, to those judicial officers and bureaucrats whose training were not completed as aforesaid due to certain reasons.

The ICSI can award membership to these persons and get benefitted with their matured advice in further development of CS profession.
