Delhi Police Academy situated at Jharoda Village, invited me for a session on Primary and Secondary Market fraud, investigation and collection of evidence for its personnel who are having more than 10 years experience. The session covered introduction of primary and secondary market, common type of frauds in market, role of police, Legislations governing fraud, Regulatory agencies , investigation process and sources of information. Around more than 100 personnel attended this session.
